Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@thedecaffeinator.com within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
