What is the story behind the formula?
I was training for an Ironman in 2018 and I routinely consumed an energy or pre-workout drink before my evening workout. As a highly sensitive individual to caffeine, I found that I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep if I consumed it after 12:00 PM. This turned into a vicious cycle where I’d up my caffeine intake the next day to compensate. As a result, my sleep quality kept getting worse and so did my workouts.
